Airport Fire / Trabuco Canyon Fire

The Airport fire was caused by a spark from heavy equipment being used by two Orange County public works employees. They were placing large boulders as barriers on Trabuco Creek Road to limit access to the vegetation.

We understand that this is a difficult time for those affected and provide our services with the utmost respect and care. We are here to provide guidance and will work with you every step of the way to get your home or property back in order.

We work with the top attorneys in the wildfire recovery field, many of whom are experts in class action lawsuits and wildfire litigation. If you do not yet have legal representation, contact us.

What can I sue for in the Airport Fire?
Losses and expenses accrued due to the fire. Emotional damages, evacuation related costs, injuries, smoke damage and economic losses, structures, fencing, Native Vegetation and landscaped plants.

You may have an empty lot that was burned, if it had Native Vegetation on it you may be eligible for the amount lost or damaged. Contact us.

We provide drone reports to give full details of the extent of individual losses for the legal process to help visualize the severity of the damages. We survey the effects of the wildfire through the use of drones and GPS Technology. We investigate pre-fire area photography, take post-fire photography, and compare in a report with all tagged vegetation that is evaluated, QR coded, and mapped. We also recreate plot maps of the structures if the structure is gone.

We work with licensed local nurseries to replant your property with native vegetation, this is very important as burned areas can quickly turn into mudslides during a rain season following a wildfire.
